These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the b2b.ecotanka.nz online wholesale shop (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “ecotanka New Zealand”). By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian to use this website and make purchases. Wholesale customers must have a registered business with valid contact and shipping information to access wholesale pricing. Wholesale registration is required and limited to approved businesses only.

You agree to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating an account or placing an order, including business registration details. 
- Use the website only for lawful business purposes and to purchase goods for resale only. 
- Do not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the site. 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we suspect misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms.

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated. Wholesale pricing will be visible only to registered business customers. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be made in full before shipping, either by credit card or local bank transfer. Bulk orders must be placed in full cartons (CTNs) only. However, half CTNs with the same bottle but different lid types are allowed.

This shop only ships to New Zealand. 
Delivery timeframes and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination and order size.

Wholesale orders will be processed and shipped in bulk, and customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with international shipments. Shipping will only proceed once full payment has been received.

Wholesale customers must follow our Returns Policy for faulty or incorrect items. Bulk or custom orders may have different return terms depending on the nature of the products. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases unless otherwise stated.

Returns for defective or incorrect products will be processed in line with our Returns Policy, and defective products must be notified within 30 days of receiving the goods.

We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update product information without prior notice.

All content on this site—including images, text, logos, and designs—is the property of ecotanka or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Wholesale customers may not use our intellectual property for resale, marketing, or advertising without written consent.

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, wholesale orders, or our products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of New Zealand.

All purchases made through this ecotanka wholesale shop are processed by Guardian Holdings HK Limited, the account holder for ecotanka shops. By completing a purchase, you are entering into a contractual agreement directly with Guardian Holdings HK Limited, which is solely owned and operated by Aaron Broderick, the owner of ecotanka. This agreement governs the sale and provision of the wholesale products you purchase from our shop.
